Exchange & Return Policy

The following policy is for return and exchange at Orient Textiles:

Orient Exchange & Return Policy
  • Items purchased from Orient (from stores or online) , can be exchanged within 7 working days for the same value or more.
  • You can find the store locations in the store locator on the website.
  • No return or exchange will be entertained if the item is purchased from sale.
  • In the case of defected item, the company will bare shipping charges; however, in the case of product exchange (without any defect), the customer will have to bear shipping charges.
  • Returns or exchanges on promotional products is not accepted.
  • Exchange can be claimed if the original receipt and barcode tag are intacted. If items are found to be worn, damaged, or shrunk, the exchange will not be entertained.
  • In case of exchange the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • No returns or exchanges for accessories: Jewelry, Handbags, etc.
  • If a product is delivered defective or broken, please initiate an exchange or refund request within 2 days of the order received.
  • No cash refund policy.
  • In case of exchange from the online store the customer will be provided with a coupon that they can use at their next checkout.
  • Our customer service team is available 24/7 for you assistance.
  • Return and exchange policy doesn’t apply to international orders.
Orient Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated on the original payment. If the item goes on sale before the return is initiated, the new price will be reimbursed.

Easy Paisa.

Refund your purchase amount to that same account.


Refund your purchase amount against coupon ( can be used online only ).

Exchange the item for the same style in another size or color. (If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount can’t be transferred.)

  • Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item being returned.
  • If the reimbursement is to a credit card, your bank may take up to 10 business days to reimburse.
